It has become fairly obvious that few if any service providers certainly in the renewable energy field are providing a suitable safety net when dealing with members of the public/the consumer who display a disability that may result in them being potentially vulnerable to misleading marketing and/or unaccountable aggressive tradesmen who may carryout shoddy, dangerous and/or negligent workmanship in particular where single and vulnerable males and females are concerned.
