NACE continues to be retained as smoke nuisance experts by members of the general public as well as environmental health lawyers and local borough councils, our knowledge of the Clean Air Act, EPA Part iii and technical interpretation of domestic smoke nuisance disputes, Carbon-Monoxide ingress and respiratory wellbeing is well established.

Our CPD and ATU learning modules designed to assist the EHO when establishing a starting point on a smoke nuisance complaint, its causation and potential remedy are available through our lecture workshop program, targeted guidance and procedural recommendation documents designed with EHO’s in mind are readily available.
